According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR), today’s housing inventory sits at only a 2.6 month supply. A neutral market typically features a 6 month supply.
In the Springfield market, we currently have .7 months supply of inventory! The Median Price for homes is $235,000 - up almost 10% from 2020! The average amount of days that homes are staying on the market is 6 days!
