Fall Fun: Apple Picking in the Ozarks
One of our favorite fall activities is visiting our local orchards and doing a little apple picking! Unfortunately, apple picking looks a little different this year in the Ozarks. Due to a late freeze You-Pick seasons have come and gone since apple crops are smaller. However, that doesn’t mean that you have to miss out on the deliciousness of farm fresh apples!
Most of our local orchards have farm stands that are open right now! They offer all the yumminess that you are craving minus the picking! Take a look at some of our favorite orchards in the area and head to their pages to see what produce and fun they are having every week!

Make sure to try: Their bakery. The bakery currently bakes homemade breads, danishes, pies, donuts, and other baked goods made from scratch every single week!
Can’t make it out to an orchard this fall? We have a solution! You can always find them and more local farmers at Farmers Market of the Ozarks (2144 E. Republic Road) every Saturday!
